         Today fed up with the usual road of the sea and still unable, because of the recent snowfalls, to go to mountain, we look for an alternative street for to reach Garessio and the tall val Tanaro.  

            We take for Wedge crossing the lowland and countries as Villafaletto and Tarantasca, thin to reach the chief town; here we divert toward left and we pick up government 564 that, coasting along the side north of the maritime alpis, it brings us up to Mondově, where we have so the occasion of to cross some beautiful countries, as Beinette; arrived in Mondově we aim for Vicoforte and his Sanctuary.  

            Before St. Michael we leave government 28 previously taken and we divert on the provincial 35 that, through Tower Mondově, brings us up to Pamparato; the road, accomplice the last flood, has been all referred and it surprises to see in these zones two wide passages and of a good asphalt, that, thanks to the absence of traffic, they bring us to some “fold.”

            After Pamparato the road climbs more steeply and the beautiful asphalt is not at the most still however: they sprout in fact some patches and also the first snow, however only on the edge road, because the road mantle is always cleaned.  

            Shortly time we are to Garessio 2000, a skiing station that with many hotels and fittingses, it seems however to the state of abandonment, decidedly ruining the panorama of Colla di Casotto; some photos and street, go down in Garessio through a road all curves very beautiful.  

            Arrived in the country it doesn't stay us that to reenter through the usual road, but reaches Niella Tanaro  anchors one time we divert for the fund valley Tanaro as we had done on the occasion of the benediction of Fossano some, kilometers pursuing her manifold handles of the river and then astute toward Marene, Savigliano and finally in house.
